Ingredients
1bunch of asparagus
2tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonminced garlic
½teaspoononion powder
½teaspoonparsley
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Wash and prep asparagus by breaking off the woody ends.
Preheat oven to 425° and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or silpat mat.
Place the prepped asparagus on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil and all the spices. Toss well ensuring all the spears are covered. Then spread back out on the baking sheet.
